By accessing and using Rivato Taxi services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Rivato provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent third-party transportation providers. We do not provide transportation services, and Rivato is not a transportation carrier.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Booking and Payment

When you request a ride through Rivato:

• You agree to pay the fare displayed in the app
• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
• Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or digital wallet
• You may be charged cancellation fees if you cancel after a driver accepts
• All payments are final and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm drivers or other users
• Damage vehicles or property
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives. However, cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has accepted your request and is en route to your pickup location.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rivato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ride in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
